A
report/ratio with the more emotional wine
I
cultivate and vinify in bio since 1983, impassioned and
convinced of the founded good of my step, I set up a system
of marketing more interdependent and more alive than the
simple sale in bottles.
I
propose with the interested consumer the Co-hiring of vine
stocks which give right to them a number of bottles in
proportion to the rented stocks (4 bottles for 6 stocks).
This engagement is for two years and is renewable. In
exchange I engage, to hold with the current the joint
tenants of the follow-up of exploitation (vine, wine, sales,
etc).
I
propose, once in the year, a meeting of the joint tenants on
the exploitation around a snack or meal; occasion to
exchange, take liveraison of its bottles, etc. For the
people who cannot go on the exploitation it is possible to
make forwardings.
The
exploitation located on three slopes (Ronze, Vernus and
Chazelet) belongs to me since 1977, in bio since 1983; I
renewed a good proportion of the vines what all the more
gives me fasteners with my ground. I control the putting under
grass by the ploughing with horse and using a winch on the
slopes; it is good for health, the moral one… and the ground.
Why a
hiring of stocks ?
The
hiring of stocks makes it possible to have a treasury which
depends less on the banks (it avoids certain loans, and is a
financial and moral support. After one or two years, the
system of hiring makes it possible to reduce the dependence
to the loans. You constitute a bank with human size!
The
development of consumer loyalty of the customers is an
important data for the control and the perpetuation of the
exploitation. The with dimensions partner of the customers
all the more gives the heart to the work.
Example: 18 stocks correspond each year to 12 bottles (3
stocks for 2 bottles).
